I shot a photo of an old wagon near Idaho Springs, CO last week. I put a copy in this weeks weekend pics threat. I was playing with the file in Lightroom and tried the sepia option and thought it was a better depiction of the old time scene. What do you think?.
Shot with the SD14 and the 50 mm F:2.8 macro.

Thanks Peter: Your comments are appreciated and as you may have guess, I also like the sepia version.

Larry...I like sepia or B&W for this one...the left behind Wagon East looks better with hint of nostalgia, I think...:)

My vote is for the color shot.

The satellite dish and the truck topper just ruin the old-time effect of the sepia shot for me. :^)

With the color shot, I find that I can appreciate the wagon as a survivor of time.

Thanks WD40 for the comments. I suppose I could clone out the dish and topper to keep the old time look, but that would be too modern of a solution ;> }.

Thanks Hugh: I thought I had removed the slight green cast in the mid tones. Thanks for the catch and will need to be more careful in the future.
