Main light and two silver reflectors on subject.....One big silver reflector at subject level and one small reflector below her hands......I did use one small Speedlight(SB800) with snoot for bg...Vignetting was created in photoshop.....
I meant to say subjects face was lit with just one light and two silver reflector...no Hair light was used.....

I love the lit background...and it's color...opposite of her garment colors and very complimentary!

Beautiful shot, great modeling in the face and I think the silver reflector works well to bring out the detail in the hair.
I find the multiple catchlights a bit distracting and think the arm in the foreground looks a bit hot which draws too much attention to it.
Overall though a simply beautiful shot.
