just the on board flash I personally like to shoor macro's in sunlight instead of flash though the colors alway look better

I've minimized dreaming the Mark series with the A700
I don't give opinions, just what I see : ).
Now 99.9% jpg but still 100% hand held,
No baits, calls and tricks but will use luck.

Thanks for your reply. I have bought Noiseware for noise reduction so probably won't buy another overlapping package. I'll look for another frames application as it makes the shots look really nice
