I have just put the finishing touches to my new web site and would welcome any feedback. The images are mainly from Canon DSLR's but there is also a good mix of bridge camera images. I have included EXIF info where possible to indicate the camera, lens and settings used.

Thanks

Just had a look at your website. There are some absolute crackers on there Kevin. I can't comment on the layout of the galleries really but it was very easy to find my way around. Your technique is excellent and the ground to air shots are sharp but the blurred props give the pictures a sense of movement. Hope this is what you were after.

I appreciate you taking the time to comment.

I am glad to hear you find it simple to navigate which was my aim, I wanted to use as little text as possible but still show what equipment was used to take the images. Jalbum was used for the layout below the header page but it has taken me a while to get the format correct.

Great great gallery Kevin!! I like what you have done A LOT! The lay
out is very nice. I have a pretty slow connection at home so it is
taking me a bit to get through it, but from what I have seen, I will
be back often.

Great work, Ron
Thanks Ron, I apologise for the larger image sizes but I feel if they are compressed too much then the imapact is lost particularly with the Aviation images.

I use to host my images on various hosting sites but now they all reside on my own with about another 1000 to add over the next few weeks.

cheers

Kevin

One thing I have noticed is that the thumbnails created by Jalbum do
not always correspond to whats in the gallery, anyone know why this
is happening?

Hi Kevin,

I'm not absolutely certain but I suspect that when you are updating your website you might be selecting the "changes" rather than "all" option, I have noticed strange behaviour when making making major changes and not selecting all. It might be worth a try.
Cheers, Peter.
