B&H says posting/using PMA coupon codes is dishonest

Although I agree with some other posts, YOU HAVE CONTROL OVER YOUR
COUPONS. Your could restricted those that are advertized in interenet
from being used. :)
It was the overzealous efforts of one of our sales associates to do just that which precipitated this no overlong and redundant thread.

You cannot eat your cake and have it too.

Henry...since you're not firing that employee, I suggest that he or
she post an apology in this forum.
We limit who can officially post here and elsewhere online. He cannot. We manage our internal issues internally. Since I have already posted our apologies and explanations it is my opinion that this has been addressed adequately.

Are you kidding?

They either take it or reject it, there is no reason to make such comment. They tried to make a profit, and you tried to save money - business as usual.

If you can save money for the same quality and service, why not? B&H, just want more of your money. It's a sale tactic. There is no dishonest or unethical about our saving. We earn hard for our money and search hard for the coupons, then we should earn it. We didn't steal the coupons. We ask from the person that didn't use it or have extra to spare.

About customer always right:

If you are a small purchaser, like 10K a year, then you always wrong to B&H. If you are big purchaser, like 10K a day, then you always right to B&H. It's business! If you buy a lot from them, they treat you nice. If you don't buy a lot from them, then you are just another piece of sand on a desert.

I do not get what is the problem with B&H. Any company wants to get a sale. To increase their sale, they give out coupons. The coupons are meant to twist the arm of a customer to make a purchase.

Now you are making a purchase, and they tell you why you are twisting your own arm?
Is twisting the arm only B&H's right?

If you are a small purchaser, like 10K a year, then you always wrong
to B&H. If you are big purchaser, like 10K a day, then you always
right to B&H.
I am happy to report that this is simply incorrect and back that statement up with the hundreds if not thousands of posts in dpreview from satisfied customers of every shape size plus our sterling (well, platinum-plus actually) rank at resellerratings.com.
