Thanks ! You're right - the movement was constant, and this shot was taken at the top end of the zoom (15x). Combined with the high winds up on the platform from where I was shooting, it was quite a challenge to minimise blur. I couldn't decide between using spot focus and a low aperture to focus on the face, and selecting a quick shutter speed to minimise the movement. In the end I probably took 200+ shots using a combination, and in my opinion this was the best.

Yes... taking high speed shots at the tele-end is usually hard with the H9. Wow 200+? You must have really wanted to get this one right! ;)
