Hi

Has anyone had any experience of Safrotto Camera Bags? I would be particularly interested in their durability and ease of use.
Many thanks
Andrew

I've got one, supposed to imitate the Domke F2, IIRC. Surprisingly good for the price (though it wasn't as cheap as expected), with my biggest complaint being the difficulty of operating the front flap snaps for the first 100-150 functions. I'm also not fond of the permanent strap attachment. Other than that, it's quite a decent bag of very heavy canvas, with a modest amount of padding. I've only had it about a year, so can't really speak to the durability issue, but so far, with moderate use (I switch bags when I need less gear, which is fairly often), it shows no signs of wear...except that the snaps now operate with reasonable ease.

I'd rate it as about 75-80% of the bag the F2 is (I had one for years), at about 65% the cost.

Hi
Thanks for your input. They seem to be a reasonable buy.

I got one about 3 years back, it's supposed to be a copy of some Lowepro model. It's surprisingly well made and has lasted me till today. The padding is good and the strap is very comfortable and strong.
