Another Smudge.

Yall are going to make me want to go buy stuff! Wacom is really required for this work isn't it. I have a simple trackball, lol.

You did a fantastic job on this!

Thanks, asellers, that means a lot to me because I'm new at the whole smudging thing. You are right about the Wacom tablet. Although it isn't absolutely necessary, having that pressure sensitivity allows you to be much more creative in the details. I'm working on other smudges and will post them when I can.

I really like that. I look forward to seeing your other smudges. I haven't tried smudging yet, but I (as well as some other members of this forum) am going to be taking Scott's online class in Feb. You will probably see a lot of smudging going on around here.

Thanks to everyone for the kind words. It's much appreciated because although I've been proficient in PS for many years, I've just recently started smudging and it's been pretty fun. I'm using a custom Sarsas brush with a pressure of 42 on all of the interior smudging. Where the hair meets the background I stepped up the pressure to 63. There's also a slight levels and color saturation adjustment. It's all done on an old Wacom Intous 4X6. I'm working on others, I'll post when I can. Thanks, again.
