Wrong or even right may not be a useful idea if learning is a goal.
A question: What were you trying to express in the portrait?
Then how powerfully was that intent successfully implemented in purely visual terms?
To state the obvious point, if you aren't clear on the intent, then it will be a struggle to evaluate.
In general, with most of her face covered, much of the expressive potential is lost to the scarf. I sense that she is smiling under the scarf, probably flattered, but then again I can't really tell.
I'm more of a proponent of contextual images, so revealing more of the story as to why her face is covered would be helpful. The are the barest of hints that it must be very cold as I suspect that she is not about to rob the local 7-11 ;
) (Sorry but that image of the robber with a covered face does pop into my head).
Theory: Portraits are more powerful expressions when they reveal or express something unique about that person. Eyes are expressive, but we want to see more of the face to "know" that person better.
