Nikon's "My Picturetown"

I just received an invite to join Nikon's new photo sharing site with 2 gig of free space.

Anyone else joining Nikon's web site? Isn't this some DPreview should be doing as well?

Interesting, Nikon keeps trying. The mobile phone version & link to Flickr are creative. The tagging is a good feature to have.
The screen shots also looked nice and 2GB is not at all bad for free.

If I were not already invested elsewhere I would give it a try.

I gave it a quick try but I don't think I could recommend it. Nothing seemed to work the way I expected and the upload speeds are dismal. I appreciate Nikon trying but I already use Picasa and it's user interface is light years ahead of this one.
