Help! Who has a Sunpak 522 / 544 / 4205 / 4505

First, onthis dial I am not sure of the significance of the red,
white and blue marks above the orange ASA (ISO) figures...
Also not sure the significance of the 1/32 and 1/64 power figures
are in green

Lastly, I assume that the white arrow over the range window on this
dial is the max to min range per aperture in auto mode...



If anyone can clear up these minor issues, I'll be very greatful.

What type of camera do you use Sunpack on? Have Sunpack 544 w/Nikon 995 and it works great. Nikon flash as no power.
