Hi

I have Lightroom Print Module working on one of my Macs but not on the others (I cannot figure out why, so I'll just wait for Adobe to sort things out)

Another problem I noticed was printing from Lightroom now no longer uses the paper profile for the printer. I compared prints made with CS3 and Portraits & Prints using paper profiles. Lightroom was clearly not using the profiles.

Anyone else noticed this? I know I will have to wait for Adobe to sort this out, but at least it's not just me!

Another problem, maybe related. I use a HP B9180 for printing, when using CS3 or Lightroom, under 'Paper Type/Quality' the Color popup menu doesn't appear and paper choice is reduced by other papers being greyed out. I'm guessing this is a driver issue, but it's consistent with Adobe Apps. This means when printing with Photoshop, I cannot select application managed colors from the colors popup menu. I have to create a preset in another app (eg Safari), then use the preset the Photoshop!

All that just to print!!

hi shrey
there are quite a lot of threads about this.

it is a common problem many are experiencing (including me), which adobe has already acknowledged and will probably fix with the next lightroom update expected by mid november.

just hold on until then! :-)

I too experienced LR not making use of the paper profile specified in the Print Module. Up until an hour ago, I hadn't been able to access the Print Module, but after twiddling with non LR related Leopard environment issues, I was suddenly able to access the print module. I'll just have to wait for the . update.

I'm now using Lightroom 1.3 and 10.5.1

Print module is working as it should, but it still doesn't print with profiles!!!

I guess we'll have to wait for 1.4

Anyone else have this problem?
