RGB to HSB Adobe plug in

Does anybody know where I can find free Adobe plug-in HSBHSL Filter for Mac?
Is a free plug in that converts an image from RGB to HSB.

I have found hsbhsl.8bf that works only on windows OS ... I need Mac OS version!!!

There's a page on Adobe with a lot of free plugins and actions for Photoshop, both windows and mac, if memory serves me it is somewhere in the Adobe Photoshop forum (but most likely I am wrong about that), but somewhere on the Adobe site is a page with many free actions and plugins. The plug-in is in the Goodies folder of your Photoshop CD.

Following the above link you should end up here:

You have to register (free). Go down to freebies, and choose your version, Windows or Mac. Comes with a nice installer which spotted my different versions of Elements and installed in all at the same time! Same result as the original.
