Dumb question...are their names really summer and Autumn?
How did you go about taking these photos with the darker background?

Hi Kim,

Yes , those are their real names. I sat them in front of a black
fabric backdrop. I also had them put on a black shirt. Just
playing around on a rainy day.

Hahahahahahaha! I've seen your pic too , and I still think all the
sheep in Arkansas back up to the fence when you drive by !

Beautiful girls! I also have two daughters, but they're both all grown up (however, one is in grad schiool and still "on the family payroll").

I really like the "floating in air" effect in the first pic (! assume that is Summer?). One thing that did prove a bit distracting as I studied the pic was the shadow under the jawline. I took the liberty of practicing with Elements to blur the line and darken that lower area some --results at http://www.pbase.com/image/1685418 -- comments?

You're right about the shadow. I was going to fix it but forgot. Thanks
for taking the time with it , your version looks great. Sorry for the
delayed reply , but had to go on an "emergency" fishing trip this
morning !
