Anything that is related to drinking, such as liquids suitable for human consumption, glasses, bottles, beer or wine openers, mixers etc, people/animals who actually drink, or before/after having a drink. You can shot also places: bars, taverns, cellars, troughs, watering places...

Exhibition is just started with a couple of images, let see the followers and the first comp enty. The theme is waiting in your fridge, or is it already on your table. Cheers, MCsaba

I'm not sure what is happening but my entry entitled 'Friends' has stopped loading in the exhibition section. The picture was there initially and attracted a comment. Now it just shows a question mark. I've tried replacing the original and uploading it again but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

Your picture will appear again after some time, usually within 24 hours. Reloading does not help. Cheers, MCsaba
 
Dear Minolta fellows,

In my opinion it is worth to extend the challenge period to allow time for more pictures. The competition gallery has only 5 shots right now but I hope this will be increased by people who participated less or more regularly in past challenges or hopefully by newcomers as well.

Perhapst we could re-consider the challenge rules to allow former KM users to post pictures in the competition gallery with their new and possibly non-KM or Sony cameras, similarly as the PAWers do. I hope that many of them will return here. Let me know what you think.

Hey guys - been off the boards a while, with some vacations, a party or two, a shoot I had to do, and catching up at work. I decided to wander over and check what your challenge themes were (I haven't participated in the Sony board challenges in a while either - their current 'challenges' are more of the generic catch-all variety that I tend to not prefer...I like challenges that are of a more specific topic).

Given the extension, I may try to come up with some additional Competition entries, and I will probably dig up a few more exhibitions too.

Hi everybody. About a year ago, my A1 suffered the "purple picture" failure, and I started looking for a new camera. Even though Sony replaced the sensor last October, in January the A1 began suffering from a failure of (I think) the Anti Shake mechanism. When AS is turned on, the light on the AS button blinks on and off continuously, and even when it is off, pictures taken often have a horrible vignette on the right side, both upper and lower corners.

Anyway, I am very happy with my new (non-Minolta, non-Sony) camera. I have posted an image in the exhibition section.
