Amazon.com deserves a big "Good Job" in my opinion. I ordered my z1200 from them because their return policy is, return any time in 30 days for a full refund with no restocking fee! (in pristine condition of course). I got the z in a few days and liked it a lot. At high computer zooms, I noticed the left side of pix were a bit fuzzy. I went on their site and processed it as a defective return. This allowed my to print out a return label, and they promise to refund the shipping (not done with "satisfaction" returns, of course). I sent the camera back day before yesterday. Today, I got an email from Amazon saying they'd already shipped my replacement, no charge, and gave a tracking number! Wow! They didn't even wait for the other one to get there.

So Amazon gets my vote as top place to buy tech stuff.
 
That's what I love about Amazon. With a defective item, they'll send out the replacement before they have to receive the defective item. Not to mention they overnight it and pay for the return shipping of the defective item. Nobody else like them!

This is exactly what happened, and I have the "new" z1200. It looks good so far. Still playing, but the fuzzy side pix is fixed. Wish Casio would get on top of their quality control though. I'd had to return the s770 for similar problem a year ago.
