More spring flowers (large)

Nice spring colour Stan. But #3 is my choice - just beautiful.--SteveZurich, SwitzerlandFuji 4900Z & MX 2700www.pbase.com/steveh

Stan,

Those daffodils really grab me. I love the grouping, and I especially like the way that one points to the sky. Nice.

Hi Stan, I hope you are feeling yourself again...been worried. I'm sure you are since you captured the feelings of spring well. My favorite has to be the last image since the contrast and colors just grab me. Thanks so much.

Hi Larry,

Nothing to worry about, just a case of almost terminal laziness. Been sleeping a lot lately but took the time to go to Botanic Garden this weekend.

Hi Stan,

Thanks for the lovely view of spring. The flowers in my backyard are just showing their leaves but I have seen the trees blooming in my neighborhood.

I can't decide on a favorite, although I love the sweetness of the daffodils.--Suzn http://www.outof-focus.com

Hi Stan,

Lovely colors and my favorite flower is the tulip but my favorite picture here is the fourth because of the beautifull backlight. Yesterday I made for the first time in my life a flower picture and also a few new birdshots, that's the stimulation of this forum that let me do things that I otherwise maybe would never do. Thanks.

With kind regards,--Dirk Vermeirre

Hi John,

I go to the Botanic Garden so often that I have photographed almost every inch of it. I need new angles to keep it interesting.

Stan
Stan,

Nice job on the back lighting. It really adds to the tulips.

Hi Suzn,

My yard had some crocusses but the tulips are just starting to come out of the ground. I think the snow season is over and am happy about walking around without a jacket. Glad you liked these photos.

Hi Dirk,

I take way too many flower pictures and love walking around the gardens in NYC. I think that my photography has grown since I started posting on this forum and am happy to have made some friends around the world.

Hi Robert,

I tried in these photos to concentrate more on the lighting than on how pretty the flowers were. It seems to have worked and now I have to find a new reason to photograph flowers. I'm sure I will come up with something.

Stan
Stan,

These images here just grab me, they're so luminous. Flowers can
get a little repetitive for me personally, but lighting and color
like this rarely do. Great eye, and thanks for sharing these...

Hi Jody,

My tulips are suffering from the changing weather. They started to come up early and then we had another few freezing days. I hope the weather stabilizes because I like walking around without my winter coat. I am glad you liked these flower images.

Stan
Stan,
Those tulips are just glowing! We haven't much yet, but I can see
small signs here and there. Things are definitely looking brighter.
Thanks for sharing yours.

Jody
