Post your photos that POP

Mike,

Thank you for your opinion.
But ... have you you heard about free opinion and free society?

Posting a thread does not mean some kind of monopoly, censorship,
dictatorship, ruling, etc

Though ... now every new teen member of these forums is trying to
rule the opinion of the others ...
Free opinion and society? Monopoly, censorship, dictatorship? What
the heck are you even talking about? How did we get steered into
that direction? I made a simple observation about how the thread
turned from being about bright/bold color that popped, to a "show off
your best" thread. Sorry, but it was a valid point. By your logic,
if I posted a thread asking for folks to show their best BW photo, it
would be perfectly fine if people started showing their best color
pics? 'Cause that's basically what has happened here. Heck, even
one guy posted a BW photo.

And from my post, you think I'm some new teen member? Guess again.
I'm in my 30s, married with 2 children. And, I've been a member here
for 2.5 years, so I'm hardly new. But thanks for your opinion.
I hope you learned your lesson, Mike.

However, I'm sure there are others who might agree with you, but have remained quiet, lest they be labeled monopolistic dictators, bent on censorship and ruling the forums ;-)

I have, LOL... In fact, to show that I have seen the error of my ways, I'm gonna post another one of my photos that really pops with color.

I'm not resourceful enough to insert a witty quip or intelligent quote here....

I have this one:

unfortunately it doesn't have quite the POP I think it should be capable of with the bright blue and red.

I've played around with it a bit, but I end up blowing out the red or blue channel if I'm not careful.

Anyone have suggestions for increasing the pop, or is it fine the way it is?
