Which a-series

Is there an a-series camera with a tilting/rotating screen like the A640 and IS?

They're the 2 features I really want, but I think I'm doomed to failure.

Rumor has it that an A640 successor with IS is imminent. We should know in the next two to four weeks (or sooner).

has been the announce dates for the A610/620 (2005) and the A630/640 (2006). So if the pattern is followed the new A6xxs should be announced soon.

Well I waited

So, how long before that appears in the shops. I'm out in the states for 2 weeks, do you think I'll be able to buy one before I go back to the uk?

Amazon has a release date of October 15. It might be a bit sooner, but within two weeks is looking rather unlikely.
