How do I known what firm ware I have and # of shutter actuations

Should be receiving my K10D tomorrow, how can I tell what firmware I have.

Also, how do I know how many shutter actuations the camera has? Is there some undocumented menu like my Oly E-1 had?

Getting a New one or a Used one??

Press MENU when you turn the camera on and your firmware version will be revealed. When the camera is metering, in the viewfinder (and on the top screen), your picture count will be shown. Of course, te easiest way is to take a picture and see where you're at.
