Can you help me?

doctor up photos, yet. My son had been looking at my DA and it was
just in front of me on the table. I noticed Mom get a glint of
recognition in her beautiful blue, most time lost eyes & then she
started interacting with everyone & smiled. My Mom doesn't really
smile or interact too much anymore.
I grabbed my 707 & snapped a couple of memories. But I wasn't even
ready or setup to take pictures. So they are terrible shots but Mom
is smiling! In one she laughed) & shut her eyes but she laughed.
)) I have cut her out of a bigger shot but is there anyway I
could lighten her face & get rid of the background clutter? Excuse
the mess, we're redecorating & the place is a mess. Can someone
tell me how I might fix them even though they aren't really good
shots? Can I salvage them? It may never happen again. I thought if
anyone would know how & if, it would be someone here on the Forum.

Thank you Loren. i just wish I'd been ready to take her picture. Her smile is so precious & rare these days. But she still has the heart of a Lion. She still, at very odd moments, has such a sense a Humor in the few moments we get once in a blue moon. She told me a while back that looking at herself in the mirror was like looking at a house where all the lights were on & no one is home. She was a nurse's & home health care aide for almost 50 years. She loved everyone, and we her.
