I just bought the Canon Rebel xti. I need a good bag/carrying case for it. I have the actual camera and the lens kit it came with, plus an extra 50mm lens. I am not sure which brand to buy. I do not want to spend a fortune for one, but want one that is well padded and so forth and will hold everything. Looking to spend less than $100.

Thanks!

This is the one I was looking at on Ebay and was wondering if it was any good. thanks!!

Thanks to all who have helped.

Lowepro product has the top quality. The AW series has a build-in "raincoat", I discovered that few weeks later after I got the bag, and did use it once, I was soaked, but not the camera. I managed to put all these inside the bag, 300D+kit, 50mm f/1.8, Sigma 500 DG Super flash, Kenko tubes and 100mm macro (same size as the 75-300mm). I also have a Lowepro Stealth Reporter 650 AW for travel.

thanks! I think I am going to go with this one. I have found it cheapest on Ebay. They are brand new w/free shipping for $45. I thought that was pretty good.

Speaking of flashes...I am 100% new to photography. I am going to the beach in about a week and wanted to take some pics of my kids. Do I need to buy a bigger flash than what comes on the xti? At what point do you need that big flash on top?

I have a tarmac adventure 7, the 6 was too small for me. I can use the bag with the camera nose down with my 28~135mm lens mount and have room for my flash and kit lens. The upper compartment is nice to have as well. Also the bag is not huge which I like as well. I wish the upper compatmen had a passthrough to the lower or even some straps to vertically mount a monopod.

Wow! Too many choices. I thought I had my mind made up on which one. Now I have more looking around to do.

THANKS to every one that has helped me. :)

I am new to DSLR and just got my camera Sat. I am waiting for my bag to arrive from Amazon. I chose this one based on all the good reviews it got.

Its less then 50 shipped brand new from Amazon. Even though I only got my XTi, my kid lens and a 22-200 Canon Normal Zoom Telephoto Lens, I'll have plenty of room to expand on my Camera set.
