Bird ID, please.

It's a Icterine Warbler (Hippolais icterina) - nice photo!

I think this is a Willow Warbler. (Phylloscopus trochilus) Very similar to the Icterine Warbler but subtly different.
 
But I think jeds has right. It looks more like Willow Wrabler (Budníček větší ;) than Hippolais icterina (I saw Icterine Warbler and it's very similar indeed).

BTW. I have another photo (in reply to jeds), but also not sure it is the same bird.

You are right that it remembers immature Willow Warbler - mainly by eye stripe. Legs are unusually deep dark. It should be nice to know something about size (and song :-)).
So I agree - it should be immature Willow Warbler
