Sunday Flower, July 15, 2007

Hi Jennyi, Just thought I'd pop over from the Sunday BIRD.

Coming back from photographing baby Avocets I noticed this waiting for me on the ramp to my floating home. This plant has bloomed for ten or fifteen years. Usually one bloom but the last three years there were three.
Anyway I decided it was time for it to have its picture taken,
You have a good thread,

Why, you'd think you'd been to a rose garden some place. There may even be a few there I haven't seen before. I really like the 2nd of the 2nd set and the last one of the 3rd set... unusual flowers. They are all lovely. Sorry, couldn't get a flower shot this week...well I had one and accidentally deleted when working on the red-necked grebe.
