XTi Image not horizontal

I got an XTi a few weeks back and started noticing that some shots that I specifically made sure the horizon was as horizontal as I could get during shots ended up slightly rotated clockwise when played backed. At first just thought it was me, but yesterday I did a bunch of shots both with a zoom lens and regular lens, and again I noticed many images were rotated clockwise by a few degrees. This morning I did some more tests and found there's a definete problem with this. It occurs regardless of what setting I have for auto rotate (not sure this really has influence on this).

I returned camera to Best Buy this morning and had it exchanged, and low and behold the second camera has the same problem! Took camera back again, and we tried a third camera in the store (and outside). Same problem, just not as severe. I kept the second camera as it doesn't make much sense to keep on trying cameras, until I can figure out what to do (return, keep trying different ones).

I really like this camera but I don't understand how it can have this type of problem. Even took it to National Camera Exchange where they confirmed there indeed appears to be a problem. They were kinda baffled themselves how I could have gotten 2 (actually 3) bad cameras in a row.

I speculated maybe a bad batch made it into the retail chain?
