So where is the Sony Mark III?

Just by looking at recent Sony announcements, Sony evidently has other priorities. In the past weeks, Sony announced new P&S digital cameras and

Sony Erricson camera phones. Maybe they are just teasing us with a carrot, or they aren't ready to reveal the big surprise that's up their sleeve, or there is no new DSLR on their launch pad this year.

Keep in mind-- Sony is big enough that the different departments are completely separate.

The P&S department is probably separate from the SLR, although they may be joined.

I work with the Sony Ericsson cell phone branch and they seem to have have absolutely no contact with the camera branches.

So lets hope that they are still coming out with a new camera soon :)

Im saying another full month, tops.

I doubt they will wait past August, my guess is mid august more news is going to come out, at the latest. I think it will be before that possibly however.

But what do I know :) I know as much as everyone else, or do I?

The lady from Sony tells the interviewer that for both new DSLRs, they are developing "new" sensors

AND "new" color processing engines.---- Dare we hope Sony has listened and will give us back the
glorious KM color??? Maybe a FF with KM color, I'll take a dozen! "LOL"
