Does anyone have the size the new chip produces on the Canon D60
once downloaded into photoshop.
None of the reviews tell me this??--GARYH

The rule of thumb is that the uncompressed TIF file is just over 3 bytes per pixel. The Canon D30's 3.11 megapixels produce a TIF file that's 9.3MB (in 8bit resolution).--I love my D30, but I've ordered a D60!

Phil, i meant file size, ie D30 produces 8.9mb files.

I assume D60 must produce 18mb, or there abouts. This is not stated I believe.
