Upgrade from PS5

I just purchased a new computer and now it is time to start having fun. The problem is my version of Photoshop in very old (5.0). Does anyone know of a trustworthy place to buy a clean version (7.0 or newer).

I've found a store which still has the CS2 upgrades for $150. I am just a hobbiest so I really don't want to break the bank on software I won't use every day.

Be advised that ACR (the Adobe raw developer component) no longer supports anything but CS3 and PSE4 (for Mac) and PSE5 (For PC, not sure about PSE4 for PC). So if your intent is to explore raw, you won't be able to do it in an all Adobe environment.

There is one workaround for the older products. And that is to use the Adobe batch DNG converter (free for download) and convert your raw files to DNG before editing.

I've found no reduction in quality from either my Canon or Olympus raw files by converting them to DNG.

Thanks, just to clarify I want to get to CS3 as inexpensively as possible. I am only considering the purchase of a lesser version to make the CS3 upgrade purchase possible. The full version cost way too much, especially since I have previously sunk a bunch of cash into my other, albeit older, copies.
