Where is the ROOT Directory in a SD Card? A640

Im trying to install the hack for my A640 and Im using a card reader. Where is the root directory to put the two files on the SD Card?

I do see a folder for MISC and DICM

It's just the top-most directory.

Let's say "G:\" if your SD card has the drive letter "G".
