How do I make minor colour balance adjustments in lightroom. There no longer seems to be a colour balance slider or seperate rgb sliders in either lightroom or CS3. I am talking about removing a slight color cast in a photograph without using White balance which can be a little hit and miss depending on where you click.
 
Have you tried clicking on the "develop" tab. It sounds like you are still on the "library" tab (top right of the screen).

Click on all the tri-angles on the right side, when in 'develop' mode, (upper right) then you will have many color slider adjustments.
