DPP raw question

Define "better"... They're just different. Which one is better is completely subjective, as with any RAW converter. I happen to prefer DPP but does that make it better..? Only for my needs and workflow.

The converter in ZB seems to be closer to the JPEGs that come from the camera. (But as I never shoot JPEGs I haven't really put that to the test.) DPP seems to offer more control. I could be wrong because I've only ever spent a short time with ZB...finding that I liked DPP early on.

I would suggest that you give them both a try and see which one works best for you. One may be a clear winner over the other. Perhaps not, maybe you'll want a third party converter... In the end it's all about YOUR choice, YOUR vision and YOUR workflow.
