New Gallery - Please comment - Thanks

I just started a Gallery with my C3040. Would like any feedback
positive or negative. New to the digital world. Thanks in advance

You get positive feedback here. The beach scenes are good. You really captured how tranquil the ocean can be.

Next time try to take the cat photos without a flash. It will give it a softer look without the reflection off of the cats dark coat.

Aint that the truth...Although there aint no big time beaches like that on Lake Ontario or Erie...I'm still tryin to figure out if those were sandollars or what? They made a nice mosaic though, Interesting color tones...
Makes me look toward warmer days.

The first is my favorite. Welcome to the world of digital ... it will turn your photographic world upside down. All of your pics are interesting and new to me. I am still trying to find the ocean and beach in Arkansas.--Ergo ... Nice start Chuck. You might want to try adding a polarizer filter to shoot in the bright light. It would have made the two or three that look a bit washed out much better.

Barbara,

Thanks for the feedback. Yes the cat does look sort of washed out, but not due to a flash. It was the wrong time of day with a very bright sun almost over head. Thanks again,

Chuck

"UZ'pShoot'ERS',

I beleave they are barnacles on a rock by a tide pool. They are not sanddollars. I will take a picture of them some day. I use this picture for my desktop.

Thanks,
