My wife and I took a little trip to Descanso Gardens today and while standing next to the Koi pond I spotted this little fellow about six to eight feet away perched on a twig. With shaky hands I snapped off a shot and when I got home I found out why I am enjoying the present my wife got for me for my Birthday. The H2. It is a little gem.

Thanks to everyone for the kind words. As you all know, it's very cool when a shot just comes together. Wouldn't it be neat if all of them could do that? Oh well, that means lots and lots more practice on my part but that's half the fun.
