Haven't posted in a while....

I call this "Spring Morning." It was taken a few days ago with the trusty Nikon 8800. Although I love my D50, it's hard to beat the VR/BSS combination with the 8800.

I violated a few composition rules, but I think it works. The print looks better than the little 300dpi here. Comments welcome!

This a lovely shot, I love the way spring feels and the way you have the sun coming through the tree is just great. really nice job.

Sometimes you have to look up and sometimes down to see what you did not see before. But mostly certainly its is our own blindness we must see past.

Lovely shot. Gee all it needs is a hammock! :D

You are right that your breaking of some of the composition rules works here, but then weren't some rules ment to be broken?

Thanks for the lovely post.

I don't suffer from insanity....I enjoy every minute of it.

The light is wonderful. Great shot.

Good to hear from you Brad. Are the insects in Canada active yet? I'm sure you'll have some fabulous macros to post soon, and I'm looking forward to seeing them.
