I agree that the ISO 200+ photos are not that good. The lower ISO photos are nice though with the typical Canon color and smoothness.I expected better than this with current processing. The sensor
must not be very good.
I haven't looked at the TZ3 photos yet, but if the TZ3 is anything like other Panasonic cameras it will be noisy at anything above ISO 80. I don't think that users will buy the TZ3 over the TX1 because of image quality issues. Users that choose the TZ3 will probably do so primarily for the 28mm wide angle. It's too bad that the TX1 starts out at 39mm.I think this is going to be a killer for some and force users to go
with a TZ3 instead despite it not having optical or zoom in movie
mode and being much larger (the TZ3 is about 50% larger by volume
than the TX1--229cc's versus 155cc).
