I think you found the lowest sale price on earth of Canon PowerShot S300 at $345 but with 30.96 S&H, it's more expensive. The next lowest price I found was $358.99 & 359.85 in 2 different stores. Most stores online will match that lowest price though (just tell them the store name and price) and may even give you a lower S&H.
