Hi Alfred,
I do like this shot. The colors reflected in the water creates a nice effect.

I might suggest a slightly longer exposure, with negative exposure compensation to keep the bright lights in check. I find that the long exposure add a kind of glossy feel to photo that I really like. This shot might be particularly tough because the lights in the back are so bright, where the interest is really in the darker foreground.

I especially like the cigarette pictue with the trail of smoke in your gallery.

I like it very much! I love the colors, the reflections and the soft glow of the streetlights. How long an exposure did you use? (Apparently not too long as the figure of the man is only a bit blurred).

If you use a smaller aperture it may have another kind of effect...

Nice shot, Alfred... the street lamps aren't smeary, and I like the way the curved quai leads the eye into the glowing center of the city.... good work.
