I rarely to never get into this stuff....and frankly don't want to....but it's worth noting that the "New" logo has been removed from the Rebel XTi on Canon's EOS website. From what I have noticed, they usually only remove the "New" logo when other newer products are announced.

And on the canon middle east site the 20D and 1DM2N images are missing...

So this must mean the 20 and 1D are gooooonnne! To be replaced..

he he he he it is amazing how much speculation you can pull from an error change on a web page......tomorrow cannot come fast enough...Just one more sleep and hopefully this will be all over...

When I looked earlier today and just now... there is no 400D or 5D...

Makes me think this site is just odd... and that the missing of these cameras and of the thumbnails of the other cameras are of no meaning.
I cant see one now !!!! oooh

I there is one camera I can guarantee won't be replaced this time around, it's the XTi/400D.

I agree. When you think about it, it would be a shame to replace it. All those folks who don't own one yet, and who, for years, have had to use exposure compensation to get the dark underexposed photos they love, would have to go back to the manual method.

what I meant was that all the "new" logos disappear if Canon update their line...such as the "new" came off of the 5D when the 30D was introduced and the "new" logo came off of the 30D when the Rebel XTi was introduced
