Wife & Husband POD's

Congratulations Mr & Mrs Hogan! Both great photos and certainly worth a very big smile to have both of you recognized on the same day!
Regards
Marcia

..the lake scene is -very nice- and yours is another great shot too...
  • well done for letting her have a shot with the fluzi , if you hadn't we wouldn't have seen her potd!
  • I am starting to do the same with my wife too, other-wise I would be in danger of excluding her from this wonderful experience, no doubt we willhave to take the hit on a new cam in due course but what the heck! Cheers Ron.

Roger,

Congratulations. Great to see that both of you got the prize.

Without the Ashpit, its hard to keep up on your exploits.

Also, sorry about my behavior in the lasts posts to the Ashpit. At the time, I did not realize it was troll-like. On retrospect, it clearly was and I am sorry. Unfortunately, the Ashpit disolved before I had the courage to create more havoc with an apology.

Not this year, but hopefully next, I will get out there to see the wild ferroequines. I have no personal photos of the herd that runs through your town.

Hope all is going well with you.

On the technical end:

Are you going to miss the FZ30? Since you have both the Pentax and the FZ30, which one would you prefer to grab for which job?

El Wet hi to YA!!!!! Nice to see you here on the camera board. Thank you for posting and for taking the time to look.

As far as the FZ30 is concerned I am pretty sure that belongs to Barbara. It has a new home in her office.

Only been a little over a month with the Pentax K10D so I don't feeel like I am used to it enough to say which is the best for what.

And now they even have her name right.

Beautiful bird and landscape. I too would be very interested in your comments (when you get used to it) comparing the Pentax and the FZ.

Congrats!
