Superb, as always. #4 is a real gem. Thanks for posting these.

Wonderful aarif, I have, no , we have always admired your birds and macros for your technical excellence and the beauty of the subjects, but these add a whole new, intangible dimension that you capture so well. These men have stories in their faces that we can only imagine. Thanks.

This is art. Lots of life and character. Great selection of shots. Well done

I always enjoy your candid portraits...and the last shot...just let me know if you need any of that extra weight disposed of. I would be glad to take one of those strange looking white lenses off your hands. Are they any good? :)

You should have left the C5D at home its a dead weight :)
Nice series, did you asked permission to shoot those portraits ?
I'm always afraid to ask people to pose for me like this.

Unbelievable, if I can take one shot that good before I die I will die a happy man. I am 56 and I am running out of time.

Thanks

For these shots I have go places so I don’t do them often enough but they are more rewarding

You carry what you paid for! LOL - and on top of that you appear to use it to some avail... #4 is my favourite by far.

Thanks again for sharing!

Thank you

I love the KM results the only problem with it is its mighty slow AF which would have made life easier

aarif, it is your pictures that keeps me checking this forum every day. By the way, please tell me you used a tripod on all those shots....Of course, I couldn't do that well with a tripod, a cable release, and your legendary AF 10-1000 2.8 lens.
