BeachCamera vs BuyDig. is it the same store ???

They have the same pricess for Canon XTi ($735) and Canon 70-200 4L ($569) and both are offers Free shipping.

now i'm really confused :-(

which store are you prefer ?

My last order was with B&H a year ago, but now i see that their prices are high compare to BeachCamera and BuyDig.

What do you think guys ?!? B&H, BeachCamera, or BuyDig.
 
Both are the same. It's funny though, every once in a while, their prices are a bit different. I bought my first cam from Buydig. No problems at all.

Yes, they are both the same. If it makes any difference to you both will charge a restocking fee on returns...B&H does not. They ship well. I would recommend.

Ditto. I've had nothing but praise for Beach. They ship quickly. Watch out for the restocking fee, though.

Beach Camera is reputable, BuyDig plays all kinds of games on you..
 
I bought both my DRebel (3x$100 rebate) and my Xt (3x$75 rebates) at beachcamera.com with no issue getting rebates from canon.

Saved a ton over B&H prices...

I was debating on whether to pay extra for speedier shipping when I ordered my camera on a monday and needed it by the end of the week. I chose the free shipping, figuring their estimate was liberal and was right. I received the camera Wednesday (2 days later.) I had similar experiences with the lens and flash I bought from them later.

I did get a phone call as a sort of confirmation on the camera. I think they offered an extended warranty. I turned it down and they didn't give me any other trouble.

Beach is the name on the store, Buydig is the name on one of their mail boxes. Beach will match the prices on the Buydig site (at least they have for me on in-store purchases). I never had to return anything so I can't speak to restocking fees.

Buydig had the BEST price on the Rebel back in the spring ($645.00) and I had a good experience with them. They didn't have the Sigma 70-300 APO DG Macro zoom, so I got the best price from Sigma4less which came in a box marked Photo4less. Got it in 2 days with 3 days shipping. I got a little gun shy years ago when I was putting together a home theater and I kept getting jacked around by "one of those electronics stores in Brooklyn" but luckily, that was an isolated incident.
 
I purchased a Tamron 17-50 from Beach Camera and tested it during the trial period. I did not feel it was as sharp as I had expected so I requested a return which they gave me. I asked that they send a second 17-50 thinking I may have gotten one that was not quite right. They sent the second lens ground at no additional cost. It tested identical, as far as I was

able to determine, as the first one. I requested another return and asked for a refund. I expected I might have to pay a restocking fee, but was given a full refund.

I suspect they charge a restocking fee if the returned item comes back to them in a less than satisfactory condition.
I was happy with their customer service and will buy from them again.
 
As others have mentioned, Beach and BuyDig are essentially the same.

I bought my Digital Rebel through them. Some other things, too. Have never had a problem with them.

Great prices.
Fast Shipping.

Can't say much for customer service -- never had any problems with anything I've purchased.

Ordered the 10-22mm from them Thu, and was surprised to see that it hadn't shipped friday. They also don't show the lens at all on their website anymore. I sent them an Email last night and received a response today that it's backordered 5-10 days. My credit card wasn't charged.

Not the best handling of an out of stock item, but at least they got back to me quickly. I think I will cancel this order.

My husband purchased a television from buydig.com in December and they shipped it so quickly (we got it on Tuesday and ordered it on Sunday!) that I ordered my camera from them as well. He did not pay for any expedited services either!

When I bought my new camera, I ordered from them (last night) and see that it was shipped today via FedEx (and I used the regular/free shipping method).
I love them.

By not charging your CC, shows how legit they were... if they wanted your money they would have charged you and played games with you about it...

I bought a camcorder from them and had no probems at all from them.. I will be buying my XTi from them in a month or so..
