No bokeh, even at f/1.0 it has infinite DOF, it just focuses wherever you're looking! I'm definitely gonna have to upgrade my tripod, good luck handholding this thing.

I use a Brembo Sportpad 2.0x TC (slotted rotor type) It gives a much narrower field of view, but does cause serious vignetting in the corners. Sample image here:

No AF-S needed, since it has infinite DOF. It does have VR, but it only works when it's full of dampening fluid, otherwise it bounces all over the place. BTW, this is in California, and that's a common setup on the highway here.

Looks a little soft on the edges.

Does that tanker truck have a pup tanker trailer? If so, I've
never seen one of those. What state are you from where that's
legal?
I'm thinking California. There's a few states where truck-trailer combos are legal. As well as tractor and multiple trailer set-ups as well.

Years ago I used to pull a couple of 45 footers across I-90...110' long at 148,000 pounds...it was legal...I don't know why, but it was and is.

Yep, California. right here in the San Fransisco bay area...I blurred the license plate on purpose, didn't know if there were issues with displaying it. Amazing where these threads wander, I never would have guessed that my visual pun would end up as a discussion of DOT rules. People fascinate me..

To take it a step further that truck was placarded for flammable alchohol...

I think it is fascinating what people take away from a photo as well...that's the fun of it...you really don't ever know.

BTW, that's a neat shot you grabbed.
