Finally, I managed to get to use my remote and extension to get a half-decent bird shot.

Great Image!! Did you use any extra lenses??? Or just set up on a tripod and zap it with the remote??? Wonderful Focus and detail....

Thanks Laney,

It took lots of patience, lots of freezing, no extra lenses, a tripod, a remote, 20' extension cable and some brave birds.

It wasn't as easy as I expected since getting the focus on the bird is pretty hard when you can't see the LCD. This will take a lot more practice.
