No it doesn'tdoes the EOS 350D have live lcd previes,
No you can'tmeaning can you see what you are about to shot in the lcd?

That's not how DSLR cameras works. You cannot have live LCD, except on like two cameras, one Lumix I think, I don't really remember.

Nope.
dSLRs based on reflex 35mm cameras have the mirror down in front of the sensor and the shutter closed. Secondly the frame transfer sensor used in these types of cameras aren't fast enough for live preview. They are designed for better image quality. One of the reasons to have a dSLR in the first place.
