Backdrop Installation Help!

We just got into a new studio and installed a motorized backdrop system from amvona. They did not provide any installation instructions but we were able to install it.

We then ordered a 10x20 white viynl backdrop from backdrop outlet. They did not provide any instructions on how to attach this backddrop to the roller on the motorized backdrop system. We are having trouble getting the backdrop to roll up evenly.

Any suggestions or instructions on how to get the backdrop onto the roller evenly would be much appreciated.

Asuming that the background is a true 10x20: Lay the background on the floor parallel to the take up roller. Place take up roller a few inches into background and with gaffer's tape, tape small sections across the length of the background. Then with the gaffer's, tape the whole section. Roll background by hand and then move up in place. It's easier if you have another person hold the other end, but I do it by myself with a ladder, and by holding the roll in the middle for balance.
