Some setting must have changed in my Photoshop preferences because everytime I open Photoshop, all the defaults are back there. Up until now, it would always reopen with my pallettes and tools how and where I like them. Does anyone know where this setting is?

For PS-CS2, it is right here,

C:\Documents and Settings\WINDOWS USER NAME\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop\9.0\Adobe Photoshop CS2 Settings\Adobe Photoshop CS2 Prefs

I am running CS. Thanks for the link to where that file is located, but not to sound stupid, but what do I do with that file? Do I load it somehow?

Ah-ha. Thanks!

I also uncovered another feature. You can got to Window > Workspace > Save Workspace. I guess you can then select this custom workspace if things go back to the default too.
