Digital Photos on CD to Play on DVD Player

What program is the best to burn photo cd to view it on Home DVD Players.

there is only one program that I have seen Ulead DVD Picture Show you can make a DVD with it or probably more useful a VCD.One of my friends at work uses this program with good results but check to see if your DVD will play the VCD format.

I used that program burns the cd but there is nothing on the cd

Roxio (Adaptec) EZ CD Creator or Nero Burning ROM will make VCD's playable on compatible DVD players. Even my cheapie Sanyo will play VCD. I think many CD burning programs can accomplish the task, I just don't know which is "best".

Hi There,

I also use the Unlead DVD pic show, I got a demo on a magazine and then paid for the full program, about £25, I use it on my sony DVD player and it looks very good, you can put the pics into titles and select the number on your DVD player.

I use WinOnCd Power Edition Version 3.8. It is very easy to use and the resulting VCDs work on most DVD players...I don't know where to buy the program but you can probably download it from a warez site...

I wanted to do that for a long time and finally last month,I did it using Ulead DVD Picture Show.(check it at http://www.Ulead.com )

Whatever program you use,you'll have to make a VCD2 format to play in your home DVD player. Also,you'll need check your DVD player if it plays VCD or not. To do that,go to vcdhelp.com and check the compatibility chart.

As for a DVD player that plays VCD,I think Pioneer DV 440 at $159 is one of the best out there. It'll beat DVD players that cost $300 or more. Apex AD1500 at $89 is the best buy if you're looking for a bargain.This one was sold for $69 during the last holiday season.

Watching a slide show on T.V with your friends/familiy members,I think,makes more sense than watching it on PC monitor.
