Here is my attempt! First time post here, I have been looking at this forum for a while now. It looks like a good community of people; I look forward to improving my skills and joining in along the way :)

 
…although it is possible to create some really beautiful digital artwork with a mouse, I would highly recommend using a tablet. I couldn’t really imagine doing the kind of work I like to do without one. I use the Wacom Intuos3 6x8, which is the perfect size for me – any bigger would be too big. I think you would find this to be a great investment. Sven, thanks for directing me to your other thread. I just left a reply over there.

Ok, I'm late to the party, but I had to try my hand........

Looks like this thread is about done....I just want to thank everyone for playing with my photo and giving some great advice! You guys do some truly amazing work and are so gracious to take time out to teach (and learn) on this forum. I wish everyone a wonderful Christmas and New Year!!!!
