I took this photo of my wife last summer. I think she looks really good at 47. Could you guys mess with it. Maybe Hi-key, or glamour, even Hi-key with her eyes in color. I've played around with it, but I'm more of a landscape kinda guy

Thanks

Pretty......never would have guessed she was 47.

She looks absolutely awesome for 47!! I really just corrected the photo and brought out that beauty! I managed to get a useable 4x6 - 5x7 with the mat.

I put catchlights in her eyes and then left that layer turned off when I made the jpg. Duuuh ...

just her natural beauty. Nice pose and photogenic.

Corrected the skin tone
Remove haze/cast
No skin smoothing

Cheers

-Main change is just a curve to darken and boost contrast in the darker areas (mainly hair) and slightly reduce contrast in the brighter areas (face).
-Then selectively increase hair and eye saturation.
-Smart sharpen
-Use a masked levels layer set to blend mode to create a vignette effect

-Partially blurred the shoulder to reduce the accentuation of the skin texture caused by the vignette.

-Color balance--added some yellow to the highlights to brighten and warm the face.

I don't get to post on here too much, however I have had sometime today to myself. I went for the glamour retouch. I do hope I haven't overdone it, please tell me if i have.

Chris
