Canon's replacement for 1D...heard anything? I did...

I was at B&H last week and got into a discussion about the overdue upgrade for the 1D. The man told me he expected it by end of first quarter and is supposed to have a 22MP sensor.

Any independant confirmation or rumors? I am looking to get a 1D but want to wait till the rumors are confirmed or not...

It will be Canon EOS 3d with 17mp 1.25x crop, dust protection (MUST), slightly smaller and lighter body than 1d series, 3" LCD, BETTER DR and Internal JPG processing, Canon bundle with PhaseOne C1 PRO v4 (for FREE or 1/2 price would be GREAT).

24-28mp FF next!!!
